ASAF PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Privacy policy

Effective October 1, 2026. This personal-use app is operated for the account owner, not offered as a public service.

Data accessed and purpose

With the owner's Google OAuth consent, the app accesses Gmail messages and labels, Calendar events, Drive files, Docs, Sheets and Contacts for requested productivity tasks. With separate consent it accesses Google Health data, including Fitbit-connected activity, sleep, and health measurements, to support personal health analysis. Access is limited to the scopes shown at consent and the tasks authorized by the owner.

Processing, storage and sharing

OAuth credentials and operational records are stored in the owner's self-hosted environment. Requested excerpts or summaries may be processed by the configured AI provider to answer the owner's questions and may be delivered to the owner through Telegram. The owner controls these integrations. Data is not sold and is not used by this app for advertising. This app does not grant public access to Google data. Sensitive data is not intentionally relayed between health and finance specialists; only the minimum information needed for an owner-approved task is shared.

Local records, logs and backups may retain information until the owner deletes them. The app does not promise automatic deletion on a fixed schedule. Third-party services used for model processing and messaging have their own terms and privacy practices. Never send account credentials or OAuth authorization codes through chat.

Control and requests

The owner may revoke Google access through Google Account connections, disable the app's integrations, or request removal of locally stored data. For privacy questions, contact asafmagen28@gmail.com. This policy will be updated if actual data handling changes.
